Misfits is proud to offer a wide range of performing arts programs. Each program is welcome to all experience levels. We strive to be a place where artists of every ability can succeed.

Junior Program (Grades 2nd-5th)
The Kids Musical Theatre Misfits performs your favorite musicals!
This program is made for Young Artists to learn then perform an entire musical production. Shows are often double cast and every Artist gets a chance to shine.
Young Artists will develop skills including singing, acting, dancing, and performing. Artists will work with industry leading instructors and directors to get the full broadway experience.

Musical Theatre
Middle Program
Grades: 5th-8th
Middle Program (Grades 5th-8th)
The Middle Musical Theatre Misfits will be challenged by producing a musical in a short amount of time.
Young Artists will learn all the ways of musical theater including singing, acting, and dancing. Shows are often double cast and every Artist gets a chance to shine.
Artists will work with industry-leading instructors and directors to get the full broadway experience.

Shakespeare
Grades: 5th-12th
Shakespeare Program
(Grades 5th-12th)
Our Shakespeare Program is both an excellent introduction to Shakespeare for newcomers and also a fantastic program for well-seasoned performers looking to hone in on their craft.
Though shortened for time and age-appropriateness, our actors engage with the original Shakespearean text. Train with Shakespearean experts and challenge yourself in a new way!

Opera
Grades: 5th-12th
Opera Program (Grades 5th-12th)
Opera is a stunning art form that draws out music of the highest caliber. Our adapted scores and pieces are perfectly catered to young voices that make up The Opera Misfits. Explore opera through scene workshops and our annual youth opera or operetta.
This program typically runs in summer and fall
